Adult Tutor Trainings
The next Tutor Training will be held on August 28, September 4, September 11, September 16, and September 25 at Patterson Park Community Center from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Beginning ESL Classes
Starting Friday, July 25, 2008, beginning ESL classes will be offered at the Lon Nuell Family Literacy Center from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The classes will meet each Friday until September 5. Instruction will consist of a hands-on approach that will engage participants in real life scenarios to improve language acquisition, as well as structured grammar and vocabulary lessons. All participants must register for the class and enrollment is limited to 10 students. Please contact Pidge Cash or 615-738-7323 to register.
